This notice is a draft. It is not a lawyer-reviewed policy, and it does not invent a CNPJ or address.

The purchaser gives an email, occasion, style, song language, and optionally a first name and a short story. We do not ask for a card, tax id, address, or phone. If a payment ever happens, the card stays on Stripe’s hosted page.

The story is used to prepare lyrics. The internal area does not show the story or the lyrics. Logs avoid keys, secrets, and the story text.

Marketing consent starts unchecked. Without that consent and real measurement ids, no ad pixel or purchase tracker is loaded.

The order link is a secret. A real audio download is signed and expires. One link does not open another buyer’s file.

Simples Nacional tax and NFS-e are not calculated here. Stripe Tax is off. Leaving automatic tax off does not mean the company is exempt.
